Working closely with Sales and Management to develop and maintain relationships with key individuals. Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is a salaried position, reporting to our General Manager. This position will own the client relationship as it relates to ontime delivery of high quality projects. Working closely with Sales and Management to develop and maintain relationships with key individuals. This role requires delivery of clear verbal and written communications including but not limited to job instructions, client expectations, job requirements, and project status.

Considerations

Hours – 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

• Pay – Salaried, commensurate with experience and skills

• Utilize effective and timely communication to earn our customers confidence and trust.
• Ensure our client’s expectations are being met consistently and on-time.
• Deliver accurate and reliable information to our internal teams and vendors.
• Follow up and manage projects through all aspects of our organization to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service and long-term customer value.
• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience with Printing, Bindery, Die Cutting, and Graphic Design.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet manage projects with minimal support and guidance.
• Ability to recognize, recommend and deliver solutions through proactive problem solving.
• Must have advanced computer and software skills with programs such as MS Office, Outlook, Gmail and Acrobat.
• Proven organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.
• Must be a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and customer focus

Thysse’s multi-discipline design studio specializes in Experiential Graphic Design, Print Design, Web Design and Branding. Our experienced creative team services a client base ranging from small, local businesses to major universities and international corporations. In support of our design and branding services, we feature a wide range of print production, graphic communication, and consulting services. We print and build what we design.
