They must be comfortable working independently or in a team environment. The position is responsible for operation of folders, cutters, and booklet makers. The ability to execute hand-finishing operations is also required.

Job Description
We are seeking a quality minded Bindery Professional (Rock Star) that is anxious to excel in our growing company. They must be reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic. They must be comfortable working independently or in a team environment. The position is responsible for operation of folders, cutters, and booklet makers. The ability to execute hand-finishing operations is also required.

Considerations
• Hours – 3pm to 1am Monday thru Thursday.
• Location – 281 Netherwood St, Oregon Wisconsin
• Pay – hourly, commensurate with experience and skills

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and run Bindery equipment to produce quality results.
• Complete work in a timely manner as defined by Production schedules.
• Understand requirements and ensure finished work effectively drives down stream processes.
• Accountability for the quality of worked produced.
• Recognize errors quickly and ensure completed work meets our quality standards.
• The position requires innovation, compatibility, and the willingness to perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills
• 1-5 years of Bindery and Graphic Arts experience is preferred.
• Work experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment required.
• Excellent organization skills are required.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot immediate issues.
• The ability to produce independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend work as necessary.
