They will guide our Customer Service team through Process Improvement efforts, and be an expert in our MIS and Order Entry systems.

Job Description

The Customer Service Manager is a salaried position, reporting to our General Manager. They will guide our Customer Service team through Process Improvement efforts, and be an expert in our MIS and Order Entry systems.

Hours – 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of support for the Customer Service team, ensure they have the tools and skills to be successful.
• Manage your own book of business while leading the rest of the Customer Service Team to successful outcomes.
• Manage and direct Process Improvement efforts within the Customer Service Environment.
• Work closely with Sales and Management to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Deliver clear verbal and written communications including but not limited to job instructions, client expectations, job requirements, and project status
• Follow up and manage projects through all aspects of our organization to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate consistently with our Production Manager to ensure on-time delivery, and accurate prioritization.
• Maintain Industry knowledge at an expert level, understanding all aspects of Print Production and Graphic Communications.
• Quickly achieve expert status in our MIS and Order Entry systems.
• Ensure you and your team own the client relationship as it relates to on-time delivery of high quality projects.

Required Skills

• Previous Management experience in Graphic Communications and/or Print Production.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service and long-term customer value.
• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience with Printing, Bindery, Die Cutting, and Graphic Design.
• Ability to effectively lead a team, yet manage projects with minimal support and guidance.
• Ability to recognize, recommend and deliver solutions through proactive problem solving.
• Must have advanced computer and software skills with programs such as MS Office, Outlook, Gmail and Acrobat.
• Proven organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.
• Must be a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and customer focus.
